Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily administrative and office support activities
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with preparing internal reports and documents
  • Support HR and accounting with clerical tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a strong plus
